How to request the deletion of your personal data from Busi OS

Contact Support (Recommended)
You can request data deletion by sending an email to our support team:
- •Email: support@busi-os.com
- •Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
- •Include: The email address and phone number associated with your Busi OS account so we can identify your records.

From the Dashboard
If you have an active Busi OS account, you can request account deletion from your settings dashboard by navigating to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- ✓Your user profile and login credentials
- ✓Your business configurations and AI knowledge base
- ✓Any associated WhatsApp connection tokens (revoked immediately)
- ✓Historical message logs and analytics
Processing Timeline
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days across all systems and backups. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed.
