These terms outline the rules and expectations for using Busi OS services. Please read them carefully before engaging with our platform.
About Busi Os
Busi Os provides business operations setup and automation services, including but not limited to workflow automation, WhatsApp- based systems, and operational structuring.
We are a solution provider, not a software reseller.
Service Scope
Busi Os:
- Designs and configures systems based on selected packages
- Provides managed setup and deployment
- Uses third - party tools where required
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are one - time setup fees
- Payments must be completed before onboarding begins
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
WhatsApp & Third-Party Fees
WhatsApp messaging fees are:
- Determined by Meta
- Billed directly to the client
- Not controlled or collected by Busi Os
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Maintaining access to their Meta Business account
- Paying third - party platform fees
- Complying with Meta Policies: Adhering strictly to the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
- User Consent (Opt-in): Obtaining explicit, legally compliant opt-in consent from customers prior to sending proactive WhatsApp messages or promotional content.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and service - based work:
- Payments are non - refundable once setup has commenced
- Refunds are considered only if no work has started
Intellectual Property
All systems, logic, and configurations developed by Busi Os remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive usage rights for their business operations.
Limitation of Liability
Busi Os is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Message delivery issues caused by third parties
- Platform outages beyond our control
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Platforms are misused
- Illegal activity is detected
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
